molten lava goodness
Saturday night date . . . burgers at the Glenwood Pines, book browsing at Barnes & Noble, and cooking up some dessert at home. A little bit of chocolate heaven--mini molten chocolate lava cakes! YUM! Here are a few pictures of the process. If you want the recipe, you can find it here.

We really don't appreciate you teasing us like this Becky. Just b/c we didn't accept the last-minute invitation for some yummy desserts doesn't mean you have to rub our eyes (mouth) in it...we will accept two molten lava goodness and 2 hours with your kids as a sign of your sincere apology...nothing less will be acceptable.
